Analytics, Advertising, and Chat Providers

In addition to the service providers listed above, the Site uses the following:

  • Google Analytics (Google LLC). We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the Site, such as which pages are viewed and how visitors arrive. It sets the cookies _ga and _ga_9RGTBKLXKN, which assign a random identifier to your browser so that repeat visits can be distinguished; both expire after two years. Google's handling of this data is described in the Google Privacy Policy, and you can block Google Analytics in any browser with the Google Analytics opt-out add-on.
  • Google Ads (Google LLC). We use Google Ads conversion tracking to measure whether visitors who click one of our ads go on to contact us or book a consultation. It sets the cookie _gcl_au, which stores an ad-click identifier for 90 days. You can manage how Google uses this information in your Google ad settings.
  • Website chat tool (Keystone). The chat tool on the Site is operated by Keystone, the platform that hosts this website. Chat conversations, including the questions you type and the automated responses you receive, are processed and stored by Keystone on our behalf so that we can answer your questions and follow up with you. Please do not enter Social Security numbers, account numbers, tax returns, or other sensitive information in the chat.

You can withdraw consent for analytics and advertising cookies at any time using the cookie preferences link in the footer of every page.
